COLOR SERIES
The Color Series is inspired by the songs Tumhi Dekho Na from the movie Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2006) and Aur Kya from the movie Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani (2000). In both songs, there are multiple outfits sets with various key colors— very artistic, beautiful, and romantic, to say the least.
This series is an homage to the art, beauty, and romance each color has to offer.

COLORS CAN CHANGE YOUR MOOD
SOME EVEN HAVE HEALING POWERS
I've always been fascinated with color theory and how color can evoke different emotions in the viewer, but I'm also obsessed with some of the cultural significance of colors. While one color could mean mourning in one culture, another culture could define it as tranquility.
However, for this series, there are no "bad" colors—
only beautiful people in beautiful colors.
1. BLACK
Model: Saffy Laurio
Location: The Metropolitan Museum of Art
"You can wear black at any time. You can wear it at any age. You may wear it for almost any occasion." — Christian Dior
Black is mysterious, powerful, elegant, sophisticated. It seduces, secures, and intimidates. In fashion, black is classy, sleek, and has flair. Having Saffy pose in front of the curated pieces of art in the MET definitely doubled down on conveying this power and confidence.
2. WHITE
Model: Sònia Victoria Werner
Location: Studio
"White is a blank canvas, just waiting to be written on."
— Chantal Larocque
White evokes innocence, goodness, cleanliness, humility. It is pure, simple, and fresh. In fashion, it can be seen as aristocratic, showing a sense of wealth and sophistication. To me, white is light, hence the balloons, feathers, and mesh. Vikki really did this concept justice.
3. GREY
Model: Oren Segal
Location: Manhattan
"A grey day provides the best light." — Leonardo da Vinci
Grey is neutral, balanced, stable, calm. It's reliable and solid like a rock. It's taken seriously and conveys importance to the task at hand, and it can indicate good taste or classics. New York is a concrete jungle, but it's also very colorful, so when you have Oren in grey exploring the city, it make those colors in the background pop (also he looks really good in grey).
